The Satellite Electronics Factory is a subsidiary of XinZhiXin Group; it was founded in 1994 in Shenzhen. It is an earliest of high-tech private enterprise concentrate on computer motherboard's production, sales and services in IT industry. At beginning the factory provided OEM services mainly for domestic brands, now grown into a full-scale domestic computer hardware manufacturer.
